WINX CLUB 20th CELEBRATION PARTY: A Magical Anniversary Event in Rimini

The most awaited event of 2024 is approaching in the WINX CLUB universe, the timeless Italian classic that has become a global success: on Saturday, August 31st, fans from all over the world will gather in Piazza Malatesta in Rimini to celebrate together the twentieth anniversary of the legendary fairies with WINX CLUB 20th CELEBRATION PARTY!

Bloom, Stella, Flora, Musa, Aisha, and Tecna are turning 20, and Rainbow has organized (with the sponsorship and collaboration of the Municipality of Rimini) a unique and special event: an exclusive birthday party to celebrate this important milestone of growth and success. Families, children, and devoted fans will be able to immerse themselves in the magical atmosphere of the world of Alfea to relive the emotions of one of the most beloved animated sagas in the world.

Rainbow reveals all the details and the rich schedule of events for WINX CLUB 20th CELEBRATION PARTY, including special guests, live performances, concerts, screenings, exhibitions, fashion shows, performances, awards ceremonies, DJ sets, and engaging choreographies to make everyone dance to the rhythm of the iconic songs. Immersive setups and installations created ad hoc, completely inspired by the Winx world, will be the backdrop of this extraordinary event, transforming Rimini into an open-air set where dreams and fantasies can come true.

The grand celebration in Piazza Malatesta, open to all and free of charge, will be presented by Laura Carusino, one of the most well-known faces on Rai among children and the voice of Tecna in the Winx on Ice musical, who will guide us from 5:30 PM until midnight through the emotions of these 20 years, introducing special guests and the many performances that will take turns on stage. Attendees will be able to enjoy the brand-new show “Winx Celebration Show,” dance and sing along with the six fairies; sing their hearts out at the concert by Elisa Rosselli, the historic voice and author of the most representative soundtracks of Winx Club, who will perform live on the most beloved saga tracks, accompanied by the Rainbow Crew, and experience live dubbing with Arianna Craviotto, voice actress and content creator, in the “Arianna does the voices: Winx Club Version” format.

We will see the Haute Couture Fashion Show, with unique looks inspired by the Winx created by the young designer Cristoforo Vizzini, which will be worn by the six girls chosen during the Winx Casting Day event in collaboration with Le Befane Shopping Centre; then the performance of the winning schools of the Winx Club The Challenge contest, with Francesco Mariottini, former principal dancer of the Monte Carlo ballet and professional from the “Amici di Maria De Filippi” program, also a guest of the evening, along with the renowned dancer Carola Puddu, a former student of the teacher Alessandra Celentano in the same program, exceptionally her partner in an exciting duet on the occasion of the event.

The grand finale of the Winx Cosplay Club’s first worldwide gathering, led by Luca Panzieri, will include a mini contest and a fashion show dedicated to international cosplayers and the final of the Winx Cosplay Contest, the challenge among all the winning cosplayers from the Italian stages in 2024.

To close this grand celebration, a dance party with a DJ set by Radio Bruno, the event’s radio partner, will make everyone dance together to the remixed songs of Winx Club and celebrate this important anniversary with fans and guests.

But that’s not all! WINX CLUB 20th CELEBRATION PARTY also includes a screening area at the Arena Francesca da Rimini, where a large screen will be set up to show the most exciting and iconic moments of the saga in partnership with Rai Kids, alongside the brand since 2004. In the inner courtyard of the castle, there will be expository exhibitions with 30 illustrations and drawings from the “Winx Fan Art” contest, a project dedicated to the worldwide community, and the winning artworks of the “Winx Urban Art” project, a creative contest aimed at students of the three-year courses in Fashion Design, Graphic and Web Design, Interior Design, and Product Design at the Poliarte Design Academy in Ancona, who have reinterpreted the personalities and distinctive traits of each fairy. Furthermore, in front of the castle, there will be an area dedicated to the little ones to transform into a real fairy. The magic continues with the Winx Beauty Lounge Corner, a makeup corner by MBA Making Beauty Academy in Milan, where you can do your makeup based on the character that reflects your color palette; finally, a photo booth with interactive activities and many other surprises for an unforgettable day.

The celebrations will also include a corner with philatelic products dedicated to Winx Club and the presentation of the commemorative stamp of Winx Club issued by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and distributed by Poste Italiane. The Hera Group will be in the square reaffirming its commitment to sustainability with the Urban Source, an innovative solution that will offer visitors free drinking water, fresh and sparkling. The Urban Source promotes the use of tap water, reducing plastic pollution and offering an ecological and quality service. The most indulgent will have the opportunity to taste the MACARAL, iconic and irresistible macarons from Rinaldini (the brand of excellence in Italian pastry), and for the occasion, Pastry Chef Roberto Rinaldini has also created suggestive single-portion cakes inspired by Winx. To enhance the event, the presence of the EF Education First stand, which will encourage young people to travel and visit the world to enhance their culture.

In the Winx Official Shop area, there will be exclusive and official party merchandising, along with a surprise for all fans: live drawing activities, thanks to the presence of two character artists from Rainbow: Denis Agostinelli and Paolo Frattesi.
