Enasarco (MEI): separation of FIRR finally operational, historic result for the entire category

After closing the 2023 financial statements with a record profit of 276 million (about +500%), Enasarco is now operationally launching the separation of the FIRR.
The start of the segregated management of the FIRR from 2024 through simple, common-sense rules, in line with market best practices, marks a historic step for sales agents and financial advisors.
Talk of separating the management of the Fund for Resolution of Relationship Indemnity (FIRR) from pension and assistance activities has been going on for years, but this year marks the realization of one of the points on the electoral agenda that led to the appointment of a financial advisor, Alfonsino Mei, as President of the Enasarco Foundation for the first time in its history.
“We’ve been talking about it for thirty years, but finally, and thanks to everyone’s contribution, we are going to enhance a fundamental tool. The importance of the FIRR as protection and future guarantee is finally being approached with the right mindset, which should increasingly become a personalized tool, based on one’s own needs and opportunities,” says President Mei.
President Mei continues, “Not only the separation of the FIRR, but together with the Board of Directors and the Structure, we are working on many other innovations that we will bring to the attention of members already this year, in terms of assistance and training.” Mei adds, “The goal remains to have a Foundation that is increasingly close to the needs of its members and capable of providing security for the future pension needs of our reference world.”
